BATHE

BATHE

Hosted by Somatic Yoga & Breathwork w/ Kiley Kelly (Lumen Room)

A guided breathwork and somatic yoga journey designed to regulate your nervous system and release what your body’s been holding. Through intentional breath, slow movement, and moments of stillness, we create the conditions for your body to unwind—physically and neurologically—so you can return to a more grounded, connected state. Somatic Yoga is a slow, body-led practice that invites you to move from the inside out. Rather than pushing into postures, you'll be guided to tune into sensation, release held tension, and reconnect with your body's natural wisdom. This class draws on somatic principles — gentle, intentional movement that speaks directly to the nervous system — making it a deeply supportive practice for anyone navigating stress, burnout, or simply the pace of daily life. No prior yoga experience is needed, and no flexibility is required. Whether you're new to movement or returning after time away, this class meets you exactly where you are. You'll leave feeling more at home in your body — settled, spacious, and more present than when you walked in. Every ticket includes full access to our soaking garden, available to you after class for as long as you need. We encourage you to linger, integrate, and let the water do its work. TIME: Wednesday's @ 6:30PM (Please arrive 15 minutes before class begins.) FACILITATOR: **Kiley Kelly, DC, MSAC** IG: @dr.kileykelly WHAT TO BRING: We provide mats, please bring your own swimsuit and towel for soaking afterwards.

Hosted by Austin, you are invited!

About this event Every second Monday of each month we are launching community gatherings dedicated to art, visual culture, and well-being ❤️ This is the link to our third event. We’ll meet from 6–10 PM at our beautiful studio Sharp Objects Tattoo, South Congress, Austin. Each event lasts ~4 hours and includes: • yoga • conversations & connection • networking • guided drawing and art practice Sometimes it will be drawing, sometimes painting, practicing in composition, design, or sculpting. The art practice itself is ~2 hours. This is not a classic workshop, but a curated, guided experience. All materials are provided. I’ve been teaching visual art for almost 20 years, received the Hope of Russia award in painting at the age of 14, and have dedicated my life to this activity and this science. I’m an internationally known tattoo artist — and now I finally have a space to build this kind of community in Austin. Tattoo artists, beginners, professionals, artists, and art lovers — you’re all welcome. Participation is paid. You get to keep your artwork after the meetup and you’ll guaranteed expand your skill set, knowledge in art and self awareness and make new friends 👏👏 Can’t wait to build this community with you ✨ please repost tickets are non refundable
