find ur form | mat pilates hosted by rebel moves — pilates classes in Costa Mesa

Hosted by find ur form | mat pilates

Find Your Form This 60-minute, non-heated class (expect a warm room) is designed to deepen your understanding of classical mat Pilates and find your form, so you can move with more confidence in any group class. We’ll focus on: * Two key classical Pilates exercises to break down and rebuild * Detailed cueing + hands-on form corrections THE CLASS OVERVIEW: We’ll start with a slow, intentional warm-up to activate the core and prepare the body. From there, we’ll pause to break down one classical Pilates exercise step by step, so you understand exactly what you’re doing and how it should feel. We’ll move into a guided flow with hands on form corrections and coaching throughout. Next, we’ll break down a second classical exercise in detail, then build it back into the flow, now moving with better control, alignment, and strength. And of course we finish with a cool down. This class is for all levels: * If you’re newer, you’ll finally understand what you’re supposed to be feeling * If you’re advanced, you’ll refine your form and learn how to push with precision instead of momentum As a group class instructor, I’ve seen firsthand how difficult it is to truly support students’ form in a fast paced setting. In a group class, it’s simply not possible to offer 1:1 style coaching while everyone is moving and pushing through. Especially in high intensity classes, the focus is often on endurance and strength, not slowing down to correct the small details that actually change your results. Aaaand that is exactly the gap I want to fill. This class is a more intimate group setting designed to slow everything down so you can actually understand the work. Rather than moving through the full repertoire of 34 classical exercises, we focus on foundational movements and how to perform them with proper form and intention. You’ll still get a workout but more importantly, you’ll find your form in a safe, supportive environment so you can carry that confidence into every group class you take after.

pilates for your mind hosted by rebel moves — pilates classes in Costa Mesa

Hosted by pilates for your mind

For Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m hosting a special class built to challenge your body and quiet your mind. Expect a strong, classical mat Pilates flow followed by a 5-minute meditation to bring everything back down. Strength, control, and release. Come as you are and I hope you leave feeling better. I’m a big advocate for mental health education. Having struggled myself with mental health issues as well as being close to people who struggle - it’s extremely important we know how to care and support each other. I feel honored to host a space for people to come together to move and flow - especially during this crazy time period we’re in. I would love to host a free class but due to no show, no calls - there is a small fee. This class is special to me and I would hate for someone to miss out on the opportunity to join!
