Join us for a beautiful morning with **Coastal Mom Movement x SD Little Rhapsody** at **Marcos Yellow Garden**. A peaceful new hangout space designed to breathe, bloom, and belong in Vista, California.  This special Mommy & Me experience brings together movement, music, and connection in the most intentional way: We’ll begin with **30 minutes of Pilates for moms**, focusing on gentle strength, core connection, and grounding movement you can enjoy alongside your little one. After that, we shift into **30 minutes of pure joy for the kids**, featuring live music, dancing bubbles, and parachute play with SD Little Rhapsody. An interactive musical experience designed for babies and toddlers to explore, move, and delight in sound and rhythm. This is more than a class, it’s a shared experience for you and your child to slow down, connect, and enjoy being present together. Please plan to bring a **yoga mat or blanket**, **water**, and anything you or your little one may need to be as comfortable as possible.
