Instead of guessing where your attendees are coming from, you now have crystal-clear visibility into which promotional channels are turning clicks into 💰.
How It Works
🔍 Where to Find It
Navigate to any of your events in the Web Dashboard → Click the "Tracking Links" tab (you'll see it right next to RSVPs and Analytics)
✨ How to Create Tracking Links
Click the "+ Tracking Link" button
Give your link a memorable name (like "instagram_reel" or "email_campaign")
Customize the URL ending or let us generate one automatically
Pro tip: Use the auto-applied discount feature to create exclusive offers for specific channels (e.g., give 10% discount for all the tickets sold via the IG campaign)
Assign links to specific team members to track individual performance
📊 What You Can Track
Each tracking link gives you powerful insights:
Views: How many people clicked your link and opened the event page
Conversion Rate: What percentage of clicks became purchases
Tickets Sold: Actual sales attributed to each link
Revenue: Total amount from tickets sold via this specific link

Problem we’ve heard a lot…
We heard you loud and clear. Many of you were facing a frustrating dilemma:
For Event Hosts: You wanted to offer premium experiences—yoga retreats, special workshops, exclusive events—but high ticket prices were creating friction at checkout and you were afraid to lose your audience.
For Attendees: You found amazing events you wanted to join, but paying $2,000+ all at once wasn't always feasible.
The result? Missed opportunities on both sides and lower conversion rates for premium experiences.
The Solution: Buy Now, Pay Later with Payment Plans
We've partnered with Klarna through Stripe to introduce Payment Plans — a seamless way to split large ticket payments into manageable instalments.
For Event Hosts:
Just create your paid event with price > $50
Don’t worry about the rest — we handle everything else through our Stripe + Klarna integration
Your attendees will see Klarna as a payment option at checkout
If they choose it — you get paid upfront in full (typically within 1–2 days), and Klarna handles the rest
Zero risk to you — Klarna manages all collection and handles any missed payments
For Your Attendees:
At checkout, eligible events are clearly marked with "Pay in Installments" badges
They can choose to pay in full or split into 4 payments with Klarna
Quick eligibility check
First payment made at checkout
After the successful first payment — ticket is issued immediately
Klarna takes care of the remaining payments and reminders
Real Example:
Jessica hosts a $2,000 Bali Yoga Retreat. With Payment Plans enabled:
Alex follows the link to the Bali Yoga Retreat
She sees the full price $2,000 and the option to pay it in installments — great!
Alex books immediately by paying just $500 upfront
Her remaining $1,500 is split into 3 future payments with Klarna
Jessica receives the full $2,000 on her connected Stripe account
Alex secures her spot while spreading the cost
