This retreat is located in Nosara, a part of the Nicoya peninsula. This region is also part of the world’s **Blue Zones**: places known for longevity, strong community ties, daily movement, and a more intentional relationship with time and nature. We’ll get to experience the life they surround themselves with and we’ll get to eat the same food they do. Costa Rica holds a special place in my heart. You’ll practice how to slow down and be present. We’ll practice on the mat, but we’ll also practice in the in-between moments: the way we walk, eat, rest, and connect.
