Overhead Press: A maximal effort overhead barbell lift where you’ll try to prove how strong your overhead game is! 2. Squat: Inspired by the NFL Combine bench, competitors will choose between Light (135lbs), Moderate (225lbs), and Heavy (315lbs) for as many repetitions as possible. 3.
