This Sunday we'll meet at Buzz Mill, grab a coffee, throw on our packs, and make the 2.5-mile RUCK over to Squatch. Bring your trunks. Bring a towel. Bring a friend. Once we arrive, we'll spend some time cooling off and recovering before making the trip back. The cold plunge will be running, the saunas will be hot, and there will be plenty of space to stretch out on the turf or relax in the shade around the picnic tables. Whether you want to plunge, sauna, plunge and sauna, or simply sit back and enjoy the company, this is a chance to slow down for a minute and recharge before heading back out. The KRCT Lift Off Mock Meet is designed to help athletes practice competition day, establish benchmark numbers, and gain confidence in the Lift Off format. Participants will work through the three powerlifting movements—Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift—followed by the signature Lift Off endurance challenge: a 90-second rep test. Heats of 3 athletes at a time will take the competition floor. Whether you're planning to compete in Lift Off ATX, new to strength competition, or simply looking to challenge yourself, this mock meet provides a supportive environment to learn the format, refine your strategy, and see where you stack up.
